Televised karaoke competition postponed

AN ISLE of Man karaoke competition being filmed by Channel Five has been postponed.
The event was due to take place on July 6, but will now take place at Paramount City on July 27 and July 28.

On the Sunday there will be open auditions during the day and in the evening 20 finalists will be chosen.

On Monday the finalists will compete to be crowned Isle of Man's karaoke king and queen.

The winners will go through to the grand final in London to be in with a chance of being crowned Britain's karaoke king and queen.

To enter turn up at the audition or text APPLICATION followed by your name, date of birth and city to 83399. Text messages are charged at £1.50 plus standard network fee.
